Wholesale Handler
Wholesale Handler is a flat monthly subscription. You sign up, get a 30-day free trial with full access, then subscribe to carry on. There are no per-user fees, no transaction fees and no setup costs - one price covers everything. Your customers never pay anything.
How does a merchant create an account?
- Click "Start free trial" on the homepage.
- Enter your email and choose a password.
- Click the link in the confirmation email to verify your address.
- Set your business name, time zone and currency in Settings.
Verifying your email matters for more than security - it's the point at which real email sending switches on (order receipts, invitations, invoices). The 30-day trial clock also starts from the moment you confirm.
Can I try the app before signing up?
Yes. You can explore the whole app as a demo merchant first - add products, set price lists, create customer records, place orders and see how everything fits together. It's the full app, not a cut-down tour.
Real email sending only starts once you've created an account and confirmed your email address, so you can build a realistic test setup with sample customers without anyone actually receiving an email. When you start your free trial, the demo converts into a real account and keeps the data you've added - nothing is thrown away.
How does the free trial work?
The trial runs for 30 days with full access to every feature. No card is required to start - you only enter payment details if and when you decide to subscribe. The monthly price after the trial is on the pricing page.
How do I subscribe?
Subscribe at any point during the trial from your settings. Stripe takes your card details but doesn't charge you straight away - the first payment is taken at the end of day 30. Subscribe on day 2 or day 30 and you still get the full trial before any money changes hands.
What happens after the trial?
If you haven't subscribed by day 30, your account pauses - it doesn't get deleted. All your products, customers, orders and invoices are kept exactly as they were. Subscribe whenever you're ready and you pick up right where you left off.
This is deliberate - a lot of wholesalers are seasonal. A Christmas tree farm or a summer-only grower can let the subscription lapse out of season and resubscribe when trade picks up, without losing a thing.
Are there any transaction fees?
No. The monthly subscription is the whole cost. Wholesale Handler never takes a cut of your orders or invoices - you collect payment from your customers directly, however you already do, and your revenue is yours.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time - there's no contract. Cancel from your settings and your account stays active until the end of the current billing period, so you don't lose the time you've already paid for. You can resubscribe later and your data is still there.
Do my customers pay anything?
No. The merchant pays the subscription; customers use Wholesale Handler for free, forever. There's no payment step on an invitation and no card details collected from them. For how customers join and how managed customers work, see how customers and invitations work.
