How team members work

A colleague can have their own sign-in to your business, with their own email address and password, over the same orders, customers and invoices. The owner invites them by email and can remove them at any time.

Inviting someone to the team

Invite a team member from your team page. You give their first name, last name and email address, and they get an email with a link. They set their own password when they accept.

What a team member can do

A team member runs the daily trade:

  • Orders
  • Products
  • Customers
  • Invoices
  • Price lists
  • Standing orders

They also control which notification emails they personally receive.

What only the owner can do

Four things stay with the owner:

  • The subscription, covered in how subscription and billing work
  • The team itself - who else is invited, and whose access is taken back
  • The settings that govern how the business trades - timezone, trading currency, storefront, packing slip details, and delivery settings
  • Closing the business

Removing a team member

Remove someone from your team page and confirm. Their access ends immediately.

You can invite the same person again later.
